Lived in a rented house for a year that was managed by Atlas. The house was well-kept and updated, with quick responses for any repairs. The AC went out during the summer at one point, and there was a technician there within a couple hours after it was reported to Atlas. Never purchased a home through them, but if the rental experience was any indication, it would be an easy and transparent process.
